Little Woodrow’s Shepherd is a well-established bar and grill specializing in American cuisine located in Houston, Texas. At Little Woodrow’s Shepherd, we pride ourselves on providing a fun and welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy delicious food and drinks with friends and family. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us.

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory
• Adhere to all alcohol serving regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a bartender
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Position: Server

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Upsell menu items and promote specials

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a server
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts

Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Adhere to all food quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a line cook
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
