Job Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of personal injury and property damage cases
• Attending court hearings and depositions
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury or property damage law
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes
