Job Opening: Immigration Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Immigration Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to immigration law
• Prepare and file various immigration applications, petitions, and appeals
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
• Attend court hearings, interviews, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other legal professionals

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the state where the position is located
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
