Job Title: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

Living Faith Church is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead and oversee our youth ministry. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that engage and empower young people to grow in their faith and develop personal relationships with Christ. This position requires someone who is passionate about working with youth, has strong leadership skills, and is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry, including regular meetings, events, and outreach programs
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the spiritual needs of young people
• Mentor and disciple youth members, providing guidance and support in their faith journey
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders to assist in youth ministry activities
• Collaborate with church leadership to ensure alignment with overall church vision and goals
• Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in church events and activities

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, or a related field
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A deep commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for serving young people
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of staff and volunteers
• Must pass a background check
