We are currently seeking an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about locks and security systems, enjoy solving problems, and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Locksmith Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks, keys, and security systems
• Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently
• Create keys, duplicate keys, and rekey locks as needed
• Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of locks and security systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a locksmith technician
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
