Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP is a prestigious law firm that has been serving clients for over 100 years. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and guidance on corporate governance matters
• Drafting and negotiating corporate agreements, including mergers and acquisitions
• Assisting clients with entity formation and structuring
• Handling corporate compliance issues
• Representing clients in corporate litigation matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
