Job Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy law
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend bankruptcy hearings and court proceedings on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients facing financial difficulties
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on complex bankruptcy cases
• Stay current on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• At least 3-5 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
• Demonstrated knowledge of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
