Job Title: Lock Technician

Job Description:

• Inspect, repair, and replace various types of locks
• Install new locks and security systems for residential and commercial clients
• Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently
• Provide customers with expert advice on security solutions
• Maintain accurate records of services provided

Qualifications:

• Valid locksmith license
• Prior experience working as a lock technician is preferred
• Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Working Hours:

This position will require flexibility in working hours, as our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
