We are Hiring:

Loftin Equipment Co is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles within our generators and rental service stores & yards divisions. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch service to our customers and are eager to contribute to the growth of our company.

Position: Generator Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on generators
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with generators
• Conduct load bank testing and inspections
• Assist customers with technical support and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service performed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with generators
• Knowledge of diesel engines and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Rental Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients renting generators
• Process rental agreements and contracts
• Coordinate logistics for delivery and pick-up of equipment
• Assist customers in selecting the right generator for their needs
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of generators and power equipment is a plus
