Lone Star Finance – Hiring Loan Processor

Lone Star Finance is a leading financial services company specializing in providing loans and mortgages to clients across the country. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Loan Processor to join our team.

Position: Loan Processor

Job Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are submitted
• Verify applicant information including credit score, income, and employment details
• Communicate with clients to gather additional information or clarify discrepancies
• Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely processing and approval of loans
• Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and correspondence
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in loan processing or a related field
• Knowledge of loan regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing software
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
