Position Available: Family Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join our team in providing divorce assistance to clients in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with experience handling divorce cases and advocating for clients in legal clinics. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families facing challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including child custody, visitation, and support issues
• Provide legal advice and assistance through our legal clinics and outreach programs
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to ensure quality legal representation
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and mediation sessions
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting family law cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Texas Bar admission in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on divorce cases
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to social justice and serving low-income communities
