We are Hiring:

Long Coffee is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in various roles within our dessert restaurant and ice cream department. If you have a passion for creating delicious desserts and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Available Positions:

• Ice Cream Scooper: In this role, you will be responsible for serving our customers the finest selection of ice creams and frozen desserts. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dessert Creator: As a dessert creator, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by preparing and decorating a variety of delicious desserts. Attention to detail and a passion for dessert making are essential for this role.
• Line Cook: The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a kitchen environment and be able to follow recipes and guidelines accurately. You will be responsible for preparing both hot and cold desserts according to our standards.
• Customer Service Representative: Our customer service representatives play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience at Long Coffee. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are key qualities for this position.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions from management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
