Job Title: Mobile Home Park Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mobile home park, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Manage all aspects of park maintenance, including coordinating repairs and landscaping services.
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations related to mobile home parks.
• Handle resident inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote a positive community environment through social events and activities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.
