We are Hiring: Machine Shop Operator

Lop-Core Fabrication LLC is currently seeking a Machine Shop Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Shop Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning
• Monitor machine operations to detect any problems or malfunctions
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Shop Operator
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding experience is a plus
