Position: Line Cook

Are you a skilled cook with a passion for Mexican cuisine? We are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook at Lopez Mexican Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using traditional Mexican recipes. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that each plate that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality and served with a smile.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and marinating
  • Cooks dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensures that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner

Position: Catering Manager

Do you have a passion for event planning and a strong background in the food industry? Lopez Mexican Restaurant is seeking a talented Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing catering events, working closely with clients to create custom menus, and ensuring that every event is a success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics
  • Work with clients to understand their event needs and create tailored catering packages
