Job Title: Salon Receptionist

We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor. The Salon Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting clients with any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s calendar
• Assist clients with checking in and out
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using salon management software (preferred but not required)
• A passion for the beauty industry and willingness to learn
