Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Los 3 Guerreros, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Mexican dishes according to our recipes and standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, can work well under pressure, and has a passion for creating delicious food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and marinating meats
• Cook dishes in a timely manner, following recipes and presentation guidelines
• Ensure that all food is prepared safely and meets quality standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
• Food Handler’s Certification is a plus
