Job Description

As a Furniture Sales Associate at Lo’s Art & Furniture, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their homes or offices. You will provide product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and style preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer inquiries and concerns
• Build relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom to showcase our furniture products
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry
• Strong knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and trends
