We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. General Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at Los Perez Mexican Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus

2. Line Cook

We are looking for a talented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating delicious dishes. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus

3. Front-of-House Staff

We are also looking to hire enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred
