Position: Baker

As a Baker at Los Pinos Bakery, you will play a key role in our daily operations, responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the quality and consistency of our products, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing ingredients according to recipes
• Shaping and proofing dough
• Baking pastries, breads, and cakes
• Decorating baked goods
• Ensuring products are fresh and of high quality
• Following food safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
