Job Descriptions:

Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Los Ranchito Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes following traditional Mexican recipes. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure

Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous serving experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality

Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area. Responsibilities include washing dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Host/Hostess

Our Hosts/Hostesses are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them, and managing reservations. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor
