Job Title: Home Decor Interior Designers & Decorators
Job Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing interior designs for classrooms, playrooms, and common areas
- Select appropriate color schemes, furniture, and decor to enhance the overall aesthetic of the space
- Collaborate with staff members to incorporate functional and practical design elements into each space
- Manage and oversee the implementation of design projects from concept to completion
- Maintain a budget for design projects and source affordable and high-quality decor items
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in home decor, interior design, or a related field
- Demonstrated creative ability and a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus
