Position: Sous Chef

We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Loving Hut. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plant-based cooking and a strong background in Asian cuisine. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to create innovative dishes, maintain food quality, and ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking menu items
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all food safety standards are met
• Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
• Develop new recipes and menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for plant-based cooking and sustainability
