Position Available:

We are currently looking for talented individuals to fill the following positions:

• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher

Job Responsibilities:

Line Cook:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food is cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Server:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food to tables and ensure customer satisfaction

Host/Hostess:

• Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed

Dishwasher:

• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed

Requirements:

To be considered for a position at Lucille’s, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player mentality
