Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Description:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect floor materials, carpets, and rugs for their needs
• Provide expert advice on design and color coordination
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or home decor industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Passion for interior design and home decor
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
