Position: General Merchandise/Variety Stores Specialist
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are readily available for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management and product ordering to ensure optimal stock levels
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Stay up to date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless shopping experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of excellence
Requirements:
- Prior retail experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
