Job Title: Florist

Responsibilities:

• Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and special events
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and preferences
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a florist or in a floral design role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a creative flair for design
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
