We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Director of Lutheran Church Relations.

Position: Director of Lutheran Church Relations

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lutheran churches and places of worship across the country.
• Collaborate with church leaders to promote Lutheran education and support our mission.
• Organize events and programs to engage with church communities and raise awareness about our organization.
• Represent the Lutheran Education Association at conferences, conventions, and other networking opportunities.
• Create resources and materials to educate Lutheran church members about the benefits of Lutheran schools.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials that align with the values of Lutheran education.
• Track and report on key metrics related to church relations and engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Theology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Lutheran doctrine and theology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a church or educational setting.
• Ability to travel to visit Lutheran churches as needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
