Job Title: Bartender

As a Bartender at Lynn’s Long Branch, you will play a crucial role in our operations by preparing and serving a variety of beverages to guests. You will be responsible for taking drink orders, crafting cocktails, and providing recommendations based on guest preferences. In addition to bartending duties, you will also be expected to engage with guests, answer questions about our menu, and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including beers, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and laws

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Title: Server

Our Servers at Lynn’s Long Branch are essential members of the team, responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. In this role, you will take food and drink orders, deliver meals promptly, and ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience. Additionally, Servers are expected to collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely fashion
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
