Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Insurance Sales Agent is to generate new business by selling various insurance products to prospective clients. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with customized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients
• Educate customers on the different types of insurance coverage available
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid insurance license
