Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production quality and output
• Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and develop project plans
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills
