Job Description

As an attorney at M. Irene Wilson, you will be responsible for handling a variety of cases, including but not limited to criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach a settlement
• Advise clients on legal matters
• Keep abreast of changes in the law

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal defense, family law, or personal injury
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
