Position: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle based on their preferences and budget
• Provide information about different car models, features, and financing options
• Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
• Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems
• A passion for cars and a desire to help customers find their perfect vehicle

Position: Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Certification from an accredited automotive technology program
• Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
