We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Window Treatment Sales Consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to identify their window treatment needs and preferences.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements and budget.
- Take accurate measurements of windows to ensure a perfect fit for each window treatment.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for customers, outlining product options and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for window treatments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the window treatment industry.
- Knowledge of different types of window treatments, including draperies, curtains, blinds, and shades.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
