Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research on various topics to provide well-informed advice.
• Negotiate settlements in legal disputes.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the state bar association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
