We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Automotive Technicians

We are seeking experienced, skilled Automotive Technicians to join our team. As an Automotive Technician at Magnolia Auto Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on customers’ vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working on cars.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine malfunctions and electrical problems
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify vehicle problems accurately
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair estimates and timelines to customers

2. Parts Specialist

We are also looking for a Parts Specialist to assist our customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for ordering, stocking, and organizing automotive parts inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automobile parts and accessories, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
• Order and track parts inventory to ensure availability for repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales transactions
• Work closely with Automotive Technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs

3. Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and help manage customer inquiries, scheduling, and service appointments. The Service Advisor will be responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle’s repairs, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service experience, and knowledge of automotive repair services.

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines to customers
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Coordinate with Automotive Technicians and Parts Specialists to ensure timely completion of repairs

Qualifications:

To be considered for a position at Magnolia Auto Specialist, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Certification from an accredited automotive training program (ASE certification preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
