Job Title: Child Care Educator

Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Child Care Educators to join our team. As a Child Care Educator at Magnolia Early Child Development, you will play a key role in providing a supportive and enriching environment for young children to develop essential skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to engage with children through a variety of educational and play activities, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
– Foster positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about children’s progress
– Observe and assess children’s development and provide feedback to the team
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

– Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
– Working with Children Check
– First Aid and CPR certification
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for working with children and supporting their development
