Position: Product Development Manager
As a Product Development Manager at Makeup By Shazia, you will be responsible for leading the development of new makeup products from concept to launch. You will work closely with our team of makeup artists, chemists, and other key stakeholders to create innovative and on-trend products that will set our brand apart in the cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and on-trend products
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activity
- Manage product development timelines and budgets
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product development within the cosmetics industry
- Strong knowledge of makeup trends, ingredients, and formulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
