We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking experienced individuals in the field of Automobile Body Repairing & Painting and Towing.

Position: Automobile Body Repair Technician

As an Automobile Body Repair Technician at Malone’s Paint & Body, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your primary duties will include:

• Assessing vehicle damage and creating repair plans
• Performing body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and welding
• Mixing and applying paint to match vehicle colors
• Detailing and finishing work
• Ensuring quality control throughout the repair process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile body repair
• Proficiency in using body repair tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Position: Towing Operator

As a Towing Operator at Malone’s Paint & Body, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing vehicles to our repair shop. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to towing requests in a timely manner
• Hooking up and towing vehicles to the designated location
• Operating tow trucks and equipment safely
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Maintaining records of towed vehicles and services provided

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in towing operations preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
