At Mamacita’s, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Line Cooks

Are you passionate about cooking and creating delicious dishes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Mamacita’s. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards. You must have a strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

• Prepares food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Maintains a clean and organized work station
• Assists with inventory management and stock rotation

2. Servers

Do you have a friendly and outgoing personality? Are you dedicated to providing top-notch service to restaurant guests? We are looking for enthusiastic Servers to join our front-of-house team at Mamacita’s. As a Server, you will greet customers, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are a must!

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Address any customer concerns or special requests

3. Dishwashers

Are you a team player with a strong work ethic? Do you take pride in keeping a clean and organized kitchen? We are in need of dedicated Dishwashers to join our back-of-house team at Mamacita’s. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

• Wash dishes and kitchen utensils according to sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and garbage removal
• Follow proper safety procedures and protocols
