Position: Event Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Create event proposals, including venue selection, décor, catering, and entertainment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events
• Manage event timelines and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Provide on-site coordination and support during events
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
