Mandola’s Deli is a family-owned Italian restaurant, catering, and deli business located in the heart of Austin, Texas. Since 1976, we have been serving authentic Italian dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and providing top-notch catering services for events of all sizes.

Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and providing exceptional customer service? Join our team at Mandola’s Deli! We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:

Positions Available

• Line Cook: Prepare and cook our delicious Italian dishes according to our recipes and standards. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Server: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Must have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Catering Assistant: Assist with catering orders, including food preparation, setup, and delivery. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Delicatessen Clerk: Serve customers at our deli counter, slice meats and cheeses, and package food items. Knowledge of Italian products is a plus.

Requirements
