Position Available: Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Law and litigation experience. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on legal matters

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
