Position: Mediation Services Professional

Responsibilities:

• Conducting mediation sessions in accordance with our established procedures and guidelines
• Assisting clients in identifying and clarifying issues of disagreement
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between parties
• Helping parties explore and evaluate potential solutions to their disputes
• Documenting agreements reached during mediation sessions
• Providing follow-up support and assistance as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional mediator
• Accreditation by a recognized mediation organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain neutral and impartial in all situations
• Proven track record of successfully resolving disputes
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
