Position: Spa Receptionist

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
• Answer phone calls and book appointments
• Manage the spa’s schedule and ensure appointments run smoothly
• Provide information about services and products to clients
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Position: Hair Stylist

We are also looking for a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their hair needs and preferences
• Perform haircuts, color treatments, and styling services
• Recommend hair care products to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Excellent technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position: Esthetician

In addition, we are seeking a skilled Esthetician to provide our clients with a range of skin care treatments. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about various skincare techniques and products and have a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facials, body treatments, and waxing services
• Conduct skin analyses and recommend appropriate treatments
• Sell skincare products to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms
• Stay current on skincare trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Esthetics license
• Experience in performing facials, body treatments, and waxing services
• Ability to customize treatments based on clients’ individual needs
• Strong sales skills
