Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Marek Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide them with the best insurance solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek out new clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients’ needs.
• Handle policy renewals, changes, and claims.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid insurance license is a plus.
