Job Title: General Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Oversee project budgets and timelines to meet or exceed client expectations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a general contractor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification preferred
