Markle Delacruz Law LLP is currently seeking experienced General Practice Attorneys to join our growing team. As a General Practice Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and represent clients in a variety of legal matters. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about the law and are committed to providing outstanding legal services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to personal injury cases, family law matters, business disputes, and estate planning.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements on their behalf.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the firm to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Maintain organized case files and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a general practice setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
