Are you looking to start or grow your career in retail? Marshalls is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. We have positions available in our Discount Stores, Department Stores, and Clothing Stores departments.
Discount Stores:
- Stock Associate: As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Cashier: Our Cashiers play a critical role in providing excellent customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Cashiers must also be knowledgeable about our store policies and promotions.
- Sales Associate: Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers in finding merchandise, answering questions, and providing recommendations. Sales Associates must have a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Department Stores:
- Department Manager: As a Department Manager, you will oversee a specific department within the store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively and sales goals are met. Department Managers are also responsible for training and managing staff.
- Visual Merchandiser: Visual Merchandisers are responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our merchandise and attract customers. This role requires a creative eye and attention to detail.
- Customer Service Representative: Customer Service Representatives assist customers with inquiries, exchanges, and returns. They must be knowledgeable about our products and policies in order to provide excellent service.
Clothing Stores:
- Fashion Stylist: Fashion Stylists work directly with customers to help them find the perfect outfit. Stylists must have a keen sense of style and a passion for fashion trends.
- Assistant Buyer: Assistant Buyers assist in selecting merchandise for our stores, analyzing sales data, and negotiating with vendors. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for product selection.
- Retail Manager: Retail Managers oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory management. They are responsible for driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
