Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Martin’s Hardware & Lumber Co. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hardware store or building materials store, and will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product recommendations, and ensuring that the store is clean and organized at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Stock shelves and ensure that the store is clean and organized
